About the author:
Salah Abdul Fattah Al-Khalidi was born in December 1947 AD, and his start in seeking legal knowledge was that he obtained a scholarship to Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in 1965 AD, where he took the secondary school and then from there to the College of Islamic Sharia in Riyadh, from which he graduated in 1970 AD, and then obtained a master's degree in 1977 AD from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh.
