About the Author
Nasser bin Sulaiman bin Muhammad Al-Omar, from the well-known tribe of Bani Khalid Al-Qurashiya Al-Makhzoomiya, was born in 1373 AH corresponding to 1952 AD in the village of Al-Muraydisiyah, affiliated to the city of Buraydah, in the Qassim region, he completed his high school studies in 1390 AH from the Riyadh Scientific Institute, and completed his university studies from the College of Sharia in 1394 AH.
He was selected as a teaching assistant at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University at the College of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Qur'an and its Sciences, and obtained his master's degree from the College of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Qur'an and its Sciences in 1399 A.H. 1979, and obtained his doctorate degree in 1404 A.H. 1984. D. degree from the College of Fundamentals of Religion, Department of Quran and its Sciences in 1404 A.H. 1984, then he was appointed Assistant Professor (Professor) in the Department of Quran and its Sciences in 1404 A.H. 1984, then he was promoted to Associate Professor in 1410 A.H. 1989, then he was promoted to Professor in 1414 A.H. 1993.
