The book is written by Muhammad Hassan Allawi. The book has been reclassified in a new way after introducing many fundamental amendments in the light of the latest scientific and practical experiences, and in light of the experiences gained by the author from teaching this subject in colleges of physical education and in studies for the preparation and refinement of trainers.
