This is the second edition, increased and revised according to the latest legislative amendments, of the book Rulings of Obligation in the Light of the Rules of Islamic Fiqh and Saudi Regulations, after the first edition was implemented in 2012, and it is basically an organized summary of the lectures delivered by the author to his students in the subject of Rulings of Obligation.
