About the author:
Muhammad Rashid Al-Awaid, who is Abu Al-Baraa, the father of the Syrian singer and star of the Birds of Paradise channel, Baraa Al-Awaid, is a Syrian Islamic preacher residing in Kuwait, and holds many scientific degrees such as a Bachelor of Arabic Language and Literature from Aleppo University in 1971, a diploma of education from Damascus University in 1972, and a postgraduate diploma from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1974, and the title of his master's thesis: Dialogue in the Holy Quran, and an honorary doctorate from the International University in Cairo in 2014. He worked in the Kuwaiti press and was managing editor of a number of weekly and monthly magazines, including Al-Nour magazine, of which he has been managing editor since 1983.
