Description
The same doctor wore her white coat over her cyan scrubs. She walked into one of the rooms, reviewing a child's medical file. One of her colleagues approached her, saying cheerfully:
- Way to go, Sam. I heard what you did today.
Sam smiled as she said:
- It wasn't just me. The whole team was great. And the boy was a little fighter.
She then waved her hand as she walked into the children's common playroom, saying:
- See you later.
As soon as she entered the room, a number of children rushed towards her, chanting:
- (Sam)!
They were all talking at the same time. She laughed merrily and said:
- Hello, friends. How are you doing today?
A mother approached her, holding a little girl's hand, to ask her:
- How is Annie doing now?
Sam smiled as she said:
- Her test results came back and they're all fine. She can come home with you today.
