In this book, he reviews an important research on the authenticity of oral transmission in the first century AH and before the collection of the Sunnah from some of the writings of the Companions and followers, which is considered by some to be inferior to the authenticity of the Sunnah after that, and is even generally viewed as not as reliable as the natural sciences that can be measured and relied upon.

The contents of the book:

The book is characterized by the fact that it philosophically establishes the science of hadith as a respected historical science and then responds to the Orientalist theoretical framework with Western studies. The studies that I relied on in this book to criticize Orientalism are either written by Westerners or others of Eastern origin but share more or less the general Orientalist perception of the Sunnah.

In a nutshell: This book presents the science of Hadith with a fair academic eye. In order to establish the science of history, we review in the first chapter the history of the science of history in the West, to explore the philosophical issues that the Renaissance brought to the science of history, how and why the West began to exclude its heritage, how the West gradually set the standard of science, and whether the science of history is inferior to the natural sciences.

The first feature of this book is evident in the third chapter, as it criticizes the philosophical and kalamist obstacles that prevent the common man from accepting the words “Sunnah of the Prophet“ and ”Narrated by al-Bukhari".

The second advantage of the book is evident in the fourth chapter, which is devoted to criticizing the Orientalist theoretical framework, i.e. the scientific issues. Traditional Orientalism denies the existence of the concept of Sunnah before Shafi'i, denies the writing of hadiths in the first century, and usually recognizes the strength of hadith criticism in the second half of the second century AH and the subsequent century, but denies the existence of this criticism before that.
