About the author:

Dr. Kamel Khorshid Murad was born in 1956 and is an Iraqi national, as for his job, he is a faculty member in the Department of Journalism and Media, and he obtained his doctorate in media at the University of Baghdad, Faculty of Arts, Department of Media, and his master's degree obtained from Britain, and his bachelor's degree also obtained from the University of Baghdad, Faculty of Arts, Department of Media, and he has many experiences such as a press advisor at the Iraqi Cultural Center in London 1991-199, cultural advisor at the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Russia 2003-2001, and director of the media section in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq 2001-1898, senior researcher in the Presidency of the Iraqi Republic 1998-1978, press editor in Al-Jumhuriya A newspaper.
