About the author:
Sheikh Dr. Nazih Hammad holds a bachelor's degree in Sharia from Damascus University (1967), a master's degree from Baghdad University. Iraq (1970 AD), and a doctorate with first class honors from Cairo University - Faculty of Dar Al Uloom, Egypt (1973 AD), with a specialization in ”Contracts and Financial Transactions in Comparative Islamic Jurisprudence”, and the title of his thesis was: He is a retired professor of Islamic Jurisprudence and Fundamentals from the Faculty of Shari'ah, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, Makkah (1973-1990).
He has published more than 25 books and more than 50 published scientific research papers, and has supervised more than 25 master's and doctoral theses in Islamic jurisprudence, fundamentals, and Islamic economics.
