About the author:

Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ali bin Yassin bin Yassin bin Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Al Yassin Al Hawali Al Shamrani, born in Jeddah, received pre-university general education, graduated from the College of Sharia at “Imam University”, in the year: (1420 AH), then continued his higher education and obtained a master's degree in 1427 AH with excellent grades, then obtained a doctorate degree in 1433 AH in “Islamic Sharia” with excellent grades, and is a legal researcher and scientific arbitrator for the magazines “Justice” and ”Judicial” at the Ministry of Justice for twenty years. He has reviewed and judged dozens of scientific research papers, provided many scientific, judicial and legal consultations, and is an imam and preacher at the Ministry of Defense in Riyadh since 1411 AH until now.
