He spent his entire life in Egypt and died in Cairo, and he was educated in public schools until he enrolled in the Dar Al-Ulum School and graduated from it in 1912, then he worked as a teacher in “Mansoura Primary School, in the secondary school of the Khedive Ismail School in Cairo.” He was born in a village in Egypt, Menoufia Governorate, specifically Al-Bagour Center.
Taha Afifi contacted Queen Nazli, the mother of King Farouk, and dedicated his famous book ((The Arab Woman)) to her, then became the king's imam, and worked for charitable organizations, including the Group for Helping the Poor of Mecca and Medina, the Egypt Charitable Workshop for Girls, and was also president of the Cairo Cooperative Society “Al-Matariya”, as well as president of the Arab Literature League.
