Description
The art of medicine is a very useful art, which man cannot do without as long as he remains on the face of the earth. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Take medicine, servants of Allah, for Allah has not sent down a disease without sending down a cure for it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to take medicine. The art of medicine as it relates to the human body as it relates to health and illness, i.e. health and illness, prevention and treatment, is what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) referred to when he said: "Treat the servants of Allah..." This is a gentle treatise on the subject of dissecting the human body, and the subsequent transfer of some of its organs or parts to another person, to save him from death and destruction, or from a disability that requires him for the rest of his life, and on the legal provisions, whether permissible or prohibited, that revolve around performing these operations. I have collected the texts of this dissertation and the legal rulings it contains from the books of interpretation of the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as the most famous books of jurisprudence and its rules in the four famous schools of thought, in which the rulings are explained with their evidence and explanations, fully clarified and explained in detail. It is a guiding light for those who want to apply the provisions of the Holy Shari'ah in such areas.
