الشيخ صفي الرحمن المباركفوري (1943 – 2006)، هو العلامة الهندي صفي الرحمن بن عبد الله المباركفوري الأعظمي، أحد أبرز علماء الحديث في شبه القارة الهندية. 

اشتهر بعلمه الواسع وتواضعه اللافت، وساهم بشكل فعال في نشر العلوم الشرعية من خلال مشاركته في المؤتمرات والندوات داخل الهند وخارجها، بما في ذلك المملكة العربية السعودية، الولايات المتحدة، ودول أخرى. 

شغل منصبًا أكاديميًا في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لمدة عقد كامل بدءً من عام 1988، وخلف إرثًا علمياً ثرياً باللغتين العربية والأردية، ويُعد كتابه الشهير الرحيق المختوم من أبرز ما أُلف في السيرة النبوية.
