About the author:

Ahmed Lutfi al-Sayyed, who was called the professor of the generation and the father of Egyptian liberalism, was born on January 15, 1872, in the village of Burqin, Sinbillawin Center, Dakahlia Governorate, and graduated from the Law School in 1894. During his studies, he met Imam Muhammad Abduh and was influenced by his ideas. He was also influenced by Jamal al-Din al-Afghani for a period of time in Istanbul, and by reading Aristotle's books, some of which he translated into Arabic. Such as the Book of Ethics and Politics.
