About the author:

Dr. Saleh bin Fawzan Al-Fawzan was born in 1354 AH, he is one of the Wada'een from the Al Shamas clan of the Dawasir tribe in the town of Shamasiyah in Qassim “Qassim Region” near the city of Buraydah, and his father died when he was young, and he was raised in his family and learned the Holy Quran and all the principles of reading and writing at the hands of the imam of the country mosque, Sheikh Hamoud bin Sulaiman Al-Talal.
