About the author:
Hassan Muhammad Saleh Muhammad al-Qurashi was born in 701 AH and died in 772 AH. He was known as Ibn al-Majawar, and was engaged in science and wrote good calligraphy and heard from Yunus al-Dabousi in Cairo and the like, and from Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Nimah in Nablus.
