The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is keen to achieve justice in its purest form, it is always working to modernize its judicial systems, whether at the level of the general judiciary or the administrative judiciary; therefore, the Saudi administrative judiciary has been organized to achieve judicial justice in structure and jurisdiction, which is the subject of this book.
