Sports for the disabled is a civilized phenomenon that reflects the developed society and its awareness of the importance of this segment of society to play its positive role and help in the development process as much as their abilities allow. It is also a wide field through which the disabled can approach the community, thus eliminating the isolation, solitude and introversion that they face due to their disability.
