The book Banking Investment and Joint Stock Companies in Islamic Legislation is authored by the great historian Amin Madani, who worked in many official jobs such as assistant clerk of the board of directors in the Emirate of Medina from 1351 AH to 1353 AH, and director of the textile factory in Medina from 1355 AH to 1359 AH, and director of the spinning and weaving factory in Medina from 1355 AH to 1359 AH.
