The book Al-Wasit in the Saudi Criminal System is authored by Dr. Kamal Muhammad Awwad, and in this book he took a new approach, which was represented in several points, namely: First, he based the book on the Book, the Sunnah, and the people of knowledge, and secondly, he relied on the differentiation of the three elements of crime, namely: Third, he focused on the criminal aspect of crimes, namely the existence or non-existence of a crime, and fourth, he supported the legal judgment with rulings issued by Algerian courts.
