The book is written by Sheikh Ghulam Rasul Mehr, one of the great scholars of the Indo-Pakistani subcontinent, who was endowed with knowledge and virtue and decorated with a sense of morality, and lived his life working to reform the conditions of the Islamic nation with all his literary talent and original Islamic spirit.
