The social planning book discusses many basic themes, by identifying social planning and the role of the social worker, in addition to the methods he uses in implementing his roles, and Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Hamza also explained the places that provide this service.

The book deals with the theoretical foundations of social policy, how to create new social policies in light of the current changes in our Arab society, and how to analyze existing policies to identify the strengths and weaknesses of these policies, with the aim of working to strengthen the strengths and try to mitigate the weaknesses as much as possible.
